What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you become interested in our services or becoming a Rocket Dyno member, we usually ask for the following information:

First name and last name, Company name, Phone number, Mailing Address, Email Address, Birthday and Credit Card Information.

We collect this data through forms, you the user, fills out throughout our website.

This information is used to better serve you and provide you with a great experience. We will use this information to send you reminders about billing, membership information and other marketing material related to our website. We will never sell or share your information with anyone intentionally.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms found throughout Rocketdyno.com may collect the following data:

This data is always held on to and saved on Mailchimp’s database. Please read through their Terms and conditions and privacy policy regarding your information on their database.

We will remove you from this database upon request.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Rocket Dyno uses Facebook Custom Audiences to deliver targeted advertisements to our website visitors based on email addresses that we have collected. We also use Facebook’s pixel to track events each visitor performs on our website and use the pixel to serve ads related to specific events (example: You may see an add to complete your checkout if you showed interest in our service but never completed the checkout process). We may also use data collected through the facebook pixel to target other users with similar characteristics to the ones that show the most interest in our services.

Who we share your data with

Since we use Mailchimp to send out emails, drip campaigns and marketing material, we naturally share your information with them to be able to access their services. We recommend you reading their privacy policy here to learn on how they use your data.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Content Guidelines

Although we would love to service each and every person, we have certain guidelines in place when it deals with website’s content.

We do not allow the following content:

  • Drugs or violence
  • E-cigarettes, Tobacco, Cannabis, or any illegal substance
  • Content you do not own the full rights to
  • Social Media/Website automation to gain “likes” and/or “followers”.
  • Phishing or transmitting viruses
  • Pop-up ads
  • file hosting or sharing
  • Any content that may be considered illegal
  • MLM’s or get rich quick schemes
  • And any content that any team member of Rocket Dyno may find questionable

Content Ownership

When you create a website through Rocket Dyno, you automatically give our team permission to use any and all content you provide us with. Rocket Dyno will NEVER claim ownership of the content you provide us with (images, videos, articles, text, documents, etc.). If at any time there is legal issues regarding the content you provide us with, you agree to take full responsibility as the provider of the content. Please make sure the original author is credited when you provide us with content or that the content originally belongs to you.

Referral Program

Receive up to $150 for each friend you refer to Rocket Dyno and Joins our monthly membership plan of $100 or more.

  • We will provide you the $150 through 3 payments over a period of 3 months.
  • You will receive the $50 every time the person you referred makes a payment (For 3 months).
  • If at any point this person cancels their membership, any future bonuses will be cancelled.
  • Friends/Referrals must mention your name and website during their initial sign-up. In other words, they must provide us your information before they submit any type of payment to us.
  • We send all referral bonuses through Zelle and Zelle only. Please create your account at zellepay.com .
  • If you receive more than $600 form referral bonuses within a full calendar year, you are required by law to complete a 1099 tax document and you will be responsible for any taxes owed from any referral bonus income earned.

Membership Cancellation

Rocket Dyno’s membership is month to month, meaning you are welcome to cancel at anytime with no cancellation fees or minimum commitment.

To cancel you may visit our contact page and reach our to us through any methods listed there. Once you cancel your monthly membership will remain active until the end of your monthly billing cycle. Once the monthly billing cycle is over, we will no longer host your website and it will be removed from our system.

We strongly recommend gathering information from your website in a safe place before canceling your membership. Once we delete your website from our system there is no way for us to recover it along with any other content/data that was stored along with your website. We do not accept any responsibility for any deleted or content lost.

Website Ownership Transfer

If you would like a full copy of your website and obtain full ownership of the website, you may request a full website ownership transfer. There is a $600 transfer of ownership fee due before we process your transfer.

We will use the following plugin to download and provide you with all the websites information: All-in-One WP Migration

Once we provide you with all the files we will no longer take any responsibility in managing your website or hosting it.

We will not be able to assist you in transferring your website to a new web host provider, but most hosting providers offer this service for free.

Failed Payments

If at any point a membership payment goes unpaid, your website will be taken offline and your account will be marked as unpaid. If no payment is received within 10 days, the website will be deleted from our system and will no longer be recoverable. We will notify you about failed payments, but it is your responsibility to keep your payment information updated and current.

Disputed Payments

If at any moment a member disputed a membership payment with their bank, we will immediately make the website tied in with the membership offline and mark the account as unpaid. We will always reach out to the member to gather information as to why the dispute was filed or if it was a mistake.

If the dispute was made in error, the member must reverse the dispute and provide us with proof of the reversal. Once this information is gathered and we receive the payment, we will reactivate the website and the account will no longer be marked as unpaid.

If for any reason the member continues with the dispute, we will provide their bank with conversation logs and documentation to validate that the charge was validated by the member. If this is the case, we will allow the member to request a transfer of ownership of the website for a fee of $750 for 30 days. Once the 30 days pass by we will cancel their membership and delete any and all data from our system. Once deleted, there is no way for us to recover this information again.
